TriDoshas is the essence of Ayurveda, a 5000yr old universal wisdom, that originated in the Indus Valley Civilization. The people of Indus Valley Civilization lived by the principles of "The Three Doshas" or TriDoshas. These TriDoshas are the key elements that determine our personal development as an individual.
TriDoshas are known as Vata, Pitta, & Kapha or simplified as Air, Fire, & Water. These key elements of vata/air governs all movement, pitta/fire governs all transformation, and kapha/water governs all growth/structure. TriDoshas core principles help us understand how our body, mind, and emotions go through constant changes that determine our perception of the environment and how we transform in this environment ultimately leading to our personal growth.

We are building an online community of like-minded people who want to level up in life through learning the basics of living from Ayurvedic TriDoshas principles! We already have a very diverse group of folks in our community ranging from middle schoolers to seniors, and we'd love to have more people from all walks of life join our community. We're proud to say that we have participants from America, India, Turkey, and Canada, making this an international community! We hope to expand to more countries soon.
